You will get 7 days to carry out your own due diligence and view the property, if you find the property and due diligence unsatisfactory, you must request for a refund within the 7 day cooling off period.

We take photo identification from every guest, purely for security purposes and your ID is deleted from our system on the day of check out. We are ICO registered and therefore have data protection compliance, so your data will not go anywhere outside of our system.

The pre-authorisation of the security deposit is then released on the check out date and takes up to 10 days to show back up on your account, depending on your bank.

The security deposit is pre-authorised on your card as a precautionary measure, meaning your card won’t actually be charged unless any damage is caused in the property (of course we don’t expect you to cause any damage, it’s just a precaution).
