Location was ideal for both LEGOLAND and Lapland UK.

The house was clean and decorated lovely. The welcome basket was very much appreciated by my 3 boys! There is a garage, but we were able to park directly outside of the house.

Perfect for events in MK!

The apartment was perfect location for our work conference at the MK stadium. We were thrilled with the amenities left by the host. Tea, coffee, water and some snacks!! The beds were very comfortable (where are your bed sheets from as they were beautifully soft!) Bathrooms clean and plenty of towels. The recliner sofa was a hit for 3 tired nurses.

Lots of places to eat in or take away (which we did)

Heating was easily controlled for a chilly night in MK! Communication from our host Giovanna was fantastic. Photos of where to locate parking and key pick up was super helpful! We would love to stay again!!

We recently purchased our first deal through Tutu and Giovanna properties LTD! As this was the first time using a “Sourcing Company” we felt weary and were unsure on what to expect. Excellent Bespoke Deal Selling Services – Highly Recommended

Being new to the world of Serviced Accommodation as an investor, I was a little unclear about the best location and realistic costs and target client group for my first SA. Having been one of Tutu and Giovanna’s first Serviced Accommodation bespoke clients I was really impressed by their professionalism, knowledge of the market, honesty (when my perspective wasn’t entirely realistic/achievable), and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure I was happy throughout the process. When we experienced curveballs along the way, they supported me through the process, stayed in touch, and kept me updated regularly. I really couldn’t have asked for anything more. It was a pleasure to work with them both and I would highly recommend their bespoke service to anyone who wants to work with an excellent team.

Staying here was amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed the apartment which was clean upon arrival and was very modern. The balcony was great especially with the good weather and the views. The location which we was set it in was just bang on, everything was near us and it views were just amazing. The check in procedure is by the far the easiest and the most simple experience we’ve had. Lastly, the communication was on point, anything we’d ask, was answered very quickly and professionally. Looking forward to booking again next time we’re over in Milton Keynes.
