Q: What’s your refund policy for property sourcing?

You will get 7 days to carry out your own due diligence and view the property, if you find the property and due diligence unsatisfactory, you must request for a refund within the 7 day cooling off period.

Q: Why do you charge a deposit?

The security deposit is pre-authorised on your card as a precautionary measure, meaning your card won’t actually be charged unless any damage is caused in the property (of course we don’t expect you to cause any damage, it’s just a precaution).
